Maras Gourmet Salt
Francesco Canchari of Maras Gourmet tells us about the Maras salt mines of the Sacred Valley region of Peru. This salt is some kind of miracle of nature, having been farmed by generations in this region for over 600 years, at high altitudes over 4000m above sea level.
